Ann Marie Monzione holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature/Developmental Psychology from Suffolk University, Boston, and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. She has taken course work toward a master’s degree in English. Reading and writing have been passionate pursuits since childhood.
Ms. Monzione has worked with other writers since 2004, more formally through the formation of The North Shore Writers’ Collaborative in 2007. Most recently, she has helped novelists of various genres edit and develop their manuscripts for publication. (See her website at www.redmoonwriting.com.) Her work as a literary agent at The Carolyn Jenks Agency in Cambridge, MA,, provided insight into the publishing world. Her novel “Back to Grace” is her second completed novel and the first to be published. She is working on her next book.
Prior to her work in editing, Ms. Monzione practiced law for many years as a litigator – work which required complex writing skills and logical analysis. She has written legal briefs for state and federal jurisdictions, including the United States Supreme Court.
